UPDATE: as per Fox's advice I tried to start lxpanel with --log 0, but unfortunately it changed nothing. Some research has shown that writings are done to /home/al/.cache/lxsession/LXDE-pi/run.log file. And the origin of those those writes is "Wireless and wired networks" applet, which appends the line
** Message: wlan0: Received scan results
每60秒更新一次该文件，显然不尊重面板的开始参数。暂时，除了从面板上删除该小程序外，我没有找到其他解决方案（尽管它非常有用）。
