如何在Android中设计这样的UI？ [关闭]

I have a design layout where searchview is the problem while scrolling in any of the tabs, the real question is when user scroll in any of the tabs the searchview should go up but as soon as I scroll down the searchview should come down immediately. I need basic to start doing this.
