底部的TableView的背景显示空白单元格

enter image description here I have this UITableView that has xib files as cells and it all works as intended, however the last cell only when I scroll down doesn't have a background color. It only happens when I scroll down and then it pops back to normal position. I'm essentially wondering how I can change the color of that cell just to my background color. Thank you.
