启动画面android应用程序崩溃，无法进行第二次活动

我正在构建一个小的简单启动画面，其中我的应用程序崩溃了。我已经用谷歌搜索了很多但找不到答案。它首先显示启动屏幕，然后进入崩溃的第二个屏幕。我给第二个屏幕延迟了3秒 代码如下。
