Simple Express服务器应用程序端点对象未更新

This simple Express app has the projectData endpoint not updating. If I console.log(projectData) withing the post route it logs the correct updated object. but if I try to access the endpoint from the get route get("/all") then I get an empty object. Any idea why?

  res.send(projectData);
});

  projectData.temp = req.body.Temprature;
  projectData.date = req.body.Date;
  projectData.mood = req.body.mood;

  res.send(projectData);
  // return projectData;
