映射蓝牙命令

I have a Wacom Bluetooth stylus and would like to map the existing functionality that works for Windows for my ubuntu environment to specific commands or other shortcuts. According to this documentation on xf86-input-wacom the keys the are hardcoded and are WIN+F18, WIN+F19, and WIN+F20. I have done some googling and have not been able to find anything that really points to a solution to map these custom keys. Your help/guidance is appreciated.
