联想c940指纹读取器无法在Ubuntu上运行

我有一台带指纹识别器的Lenovo Yoga C940。我使用ubuntu 20.04 LTS。 Hardinfo告诉我我有一个wacom HID 51E2 Finger设备。

在激活PAM-auth-update（有效）后，我尝试通过用户设置使用它，但随后它告诉我“无法访问任何指纹读取器”。我知道它可以在Windows 10中使用。

我尝试安装Fingerprint-gui和fprint。两者都给我错误：
