如何自动进行大量项目的网络搜索？

I have a database of records and I need to know what of them are not represented in a web database. Utilizing the simplest web search engine I would have to enter the records separating them [] OR [] and specify location site:[adress of the web database] to find out what items are represented in the database. To find out what items are not represented in the database I would have to perform a search for each of them individually. Is it possible to automatize these actions? The number of records is about 10 000.
