无法升级Python的setuptools

我无法升级setuptools ...

I typed pip install --upgrade setuptools but I got this error : Command "pythonsetup.py egg_info" failed with error code 1 in /tmp/pip-build-4uiA1W/setuptools

有人可以帮我吗？它阻止我安装Jupyter Notebook ...

我在使用CentOS。
